Banana Pudding Danish !!

This danish is not to be slept on!!! Literally intoxicating!

Layers of vanilla sponge cake smothered with dulce de leche, peanut butter pastry cream and caramelized bananas. All on top of our flakey, buttery croissant dough, and adorned with fresh whipped cream.
